Privacy notice
This notice explains what this website collects about you and why, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Page views: which pages of this site you visit.
- WhatsApp and call button clicks: when you tap a WhatsApp or Call button, and which page or procedure it was on.
- If you accept the consent banner, an anonymous analytics identifier kept in your browser by Google (a cookie) and by Mixpanel (a local storage value), used to tell one visit from another. Neither, by itself, identifies you by name.
- If you message us on WhatsApp after tapping a button on this site, a short reference code is included in that message so we can match your enquiry back to the page you clicked from.
Why we collect it
To understand which pages and procedures visitors are interested in, measure how well this website connects visitors to our clinic, and respond to WhatsApp and call enquiries.
Cookies and local storage
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics load for every visitor, but they set no cookies until you accept the consent banner shown on this site. Until you accept, and if you decline, Google receives only cookieless signals: a page view, or a button tap with the page it was on and, for a WhatsApp tap, the one-off reference code in your message, with nothing that identifies your browser. These are used only to estimate overall numbers of visits and button taps. Mixpanel is used only after you accept, apart from the one case below. Your accept or decline choice is stored in your browser's local storage.
If you decline and then tap a WhatsApp button, we still count that tap: the page, the button and the one-off reference code in your message are sent to Mixpanel. No cookie is set and nothing is stored in your browser.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Analytics data is processed by Google (Google Analytics/Tag Manager) and by Mixpanel under their own terms. WhatsApp messages are processed by Meta as the WhatsApp service provider.
